Pros:This stick has a sleek black finish on the surface. The styling of this stick blends well together. The stick is 100% Sanwa. The buttons are very responsive and accurate. If a move that wasn't intended came out, it's actually your fault this time. The woes felt from your controller are gone now. This stick allows you to perform combos, links, FADC with ease. This stick gives you total control of how you want to play. This works with Xbox as well as Pc. Im using it for pc and it works flawlessly. And, after manually mapping the controls, it works well with Cps3 emulator. I played SF3:3rd Strike with this stick and it performs well. The stick is heavy. Set it atop a table and try to move it... you can't. The table moves instead while the stick stays in place. You don't have to worry about the stick moving around during play because the large weight and rubber grips under the stick keep it in place.Compartment to hide VERY long USB cable. Street Fighter 4 Fightstick Te Driver Na
The driver also installs a tray utility that is always running (for switching between the two) and caused crashes for me on certain computers. So, I prefer to go driver-less. Are the other sticks similar? EDIT: for the x360 TE you can just tell windows to use the built-in Xbox360 gamepad driver. Q: My PS3 Arcade FightStick (TE and Standard) or PS3 FightPad is not working on my computer. A: The PS3 SFIV TE/SE FightStick and FightPad does not officially support the PC, but should work with PCs that do not make use of a NVIDIA® chipset. Using the exact Sanwa joystick and 30mm buttons found in official Street Fighter IV arcade machines, along with realistic spacing and an eight-button layout, the Street Fighter IV FightStick Tournament Edition brings the true arcade experience right into your lap. Madcatz Street Fighter X Tekken TE Arcade Fight Stick for PS3 and PC 5 out of 5 stars (3) 3 product ratings - Madcatz Street Fighter X Tekken TE Arcade Fight Stick for PS3 and PC. Madcatz 'Fightstick' Controller drivers. I have a madcatz fightstick for Xbox 360 that is supposed to be able to be used on Pc as well. When i plug it in It shows up as Street Fighter IV fightstick for a moment then as Xbox 360 controller for Windows.
Cons:The buttons are too sensitive. A small snow flake could easily trigger a motion. At the character pick screen, I accidentally chose the wrong character many times because the stick responded to a light touch from my fingers hovering over the buttons a bit too close. The fightstick isn't completely black. All black buttons or everything black would have been cooler. You must open the fightstick yourself and replace the buttons to suit your stylistic needs while voiding your warranty and potentially destroying your stick. The stick's artwork pales in comparison to the artwork seen on other people's customized SE/TE fightsticks. After witnessing them, you grow a sense of envy.Carry the stick with one hand and you will feel like you exercised for a many hours. Yeah, it's THAT heavy.Steep learning curve. This sticks a while to get used to but once you do, you'll never go back.
Street Fighter 4 Fightstick Te Drivers Ed
Overall Review:Overall this is a great product. Using it gives you the sense of being in the arcade itself. You will experience Street Fighter the way it was meant to be played. The combos, link, FADC, etc, favor the joystick users and they can easily perform them consistently because of the convenience and precision the joystick provides. grab the TE and your game will reach levels you thought were impossible. So, what are you waiting for? Buy it now! Oh, and the reason I rated this 4 stars instead of five is because of the high sensitivity of the buttons. If I get pwned after choosing the wrong character again, im gonna explode.. And, this fightstick is the same as the original TE round 1 fightstick. the only difference between them is the artwork and overall looks. They, however, share the same high quality, too-darn-sensitive Sanwa parts.
