Hero Ram has a good image as a lover boy .. even though he missed the hit track for a few years .. he received a blockbuster hit with Ismart Shankar. Putting aside routine love stories, Ram has opened a new experiment with a crime thriller called Red. The Tamil film ‘Tadam’ has been remade as ‘Red’. Apart from playing the dual role of Ram in the film .. Kishore Thirumala, the director who impressed me with his diverse love stories like Shailaja, Unnadi Okate Zindagi and Chitralahari, has created good expectations for the film. And let’s see how it is in this movie in the review.
Siddharth (Ram), Aditya (Ram) Identical Twins. Not only are the two comparable, but the two DNAs are also identical. Sonia Agarwal and Ravi fall in love, get married and break up due to differences of opinion. Both their children are Siddharth and Aditya. With the separation of his parents, Siddharth grows up with his father and Aditya with his mother. Aditya’s mother is addicted to poker. She takes her son with her to a poker club and gets into trouble for not giving up her habit. Aditya gets angry with this.
In the same context Aditya is unable to understand the mother even though she has given up her addiction for her son. After losing his life, Soni Agarwal commits suicide and dies. Aditya goes to visit his brother Siddharth and father. However, his father could not look after Aditya as he looked at Siddharth. This makes the father angry with his brother and he leaves the house. Aditya becomes addicted to poker, gambling and sex. If Aditya does law as per his mother’s wishes .. Siddharth will become a civil engineer .. He will become an MD for a construction company.

Siddharth falls in love with Mahima (Malavika Sharma) at first sight. Before the two want to get married .. Friend goes to a different town for 15 days for the wedding. Meanwhile, Siddharth loses Rs 8 lakh to his friend Vema (Satya) in poker. With this he is captured by the bullies. Siddharth gets into unexpected trouble while Aditya is waiting for money.
Akash, a young man from an affluent class, is brutally murdered. Siddharth will be jailed for this crime. On the same occasion Aditya arrives at the same station caught in a drunk and drive case. Yamini (Nivetha Pethuraj), Nagendra Kumar (Sampath Raj) are coming to hear the case. Until then, the police were shocked to see Aditya coming to a preliminary conclusion based on a photo that Siddharth had committed the murder. Did Aditya kill Akash for money ?? Or did Siddharth kill with the same resemblance? What is the link to the disappearance of glory for Akash’s murder? What is so glorious ?? What is the link of this story to Gayatri (Amrita Iyer)? The basic premise for crime mystery and suspense thriller stories is to involve the audience in the story. Curiosity in the audience as to what will happen next. The director is a success if he manages the story without giving way to the imagination of the audience. However, director Kishore Thirumala took a lot of time in Fastoff to put this crime mystery story in the groove. The first 45 minutes did not touch the original story. However, when the murder took place .. Since then, the interest in the story has increased. Twists in the story .. interesting with twists. Interval Bang gave hype to the movie.
Being a writer in his own right, Kishore Thirumala provided the necessary stuff for this story from his pen. The dialogues are good. They are the survivors who want to eat what they like. The dialogues written about the middle class are well connected. There are a lot of similar dialogues in the film. Kishore Thirumala was impressed with the tricky dialogues as if the Ramayana was written by players rather than Maghalas.
The story goes smoothly with thrilling twists and surprises as you go into the Murder Mystery story. Although the first part was a bit slow with narration .. by the second half the story got in the way. However, the magic involved in the movie did not happen without the stories in the chairs but .. the story is without confusion. However, there is confusion in some cases as to who will appear on screen in Aditya and Siddharth. Both hairstyles and beards were the same, making it difficult to remember. Even if the director writes the script like this for the story .. it would be good if there is a slight difference between the two.
Ram excelled in the dual role. Siddharth appeared soft in the role .. Aditya appeared as Ura Mass in the role. Dinki Dinkiki Dance with full energy in the song. Major attraction for Ram Performance movie. Among the heroines, Niveda Pethuraj is a perfect suit as a police officer. Malvika Sharma, who acted opposite Ram, did as well as Amrita Iyer. Characters with scope for acting were made. Malvika Sharma-Ram romance is well ripened. Heated with lip locks. Amrita Iyer became a middle class young woman. Sampath, Posani and Nazar are small characters
In this movie, the holy aunty appeared in an unholy role and made a surprise. Putting moneyed uncles in a trap .. Drugs and cigarettes made a fuss. Comedian Satya shared a laugh with his punches. Hebba Patel has started her beauty pageant with Dinchik Dinchik item song. Increased the glamor dose and fussed with Ram.

They are technically falling short of the cinematic range. Sravanti Ravi Kishore, Krishna Chaitanya Construction values appeared on the screen. Manisharma impressed once again with the background score. Dinchik Dinchik song got good marks .. The rest of the songs did not get much response in the theaters. Sameer Reddy The cinematography is good. Each frame feels very rich. Peter Hein stunts are good. Editor Junaid Siddiqui said the runtime would have been crispy if it had been reduced to ten minutes in the fastoff.
Overall ‘Red’ is a different concept movie. Those who love suspense thriller and crime mystery movies will love it. Red is not a thriller crime thriller but it is a must watch movie.
